Getting started
Get to know Erza and what you can do in it.
What is Erza AI?
An AI writing studio. In one workspace you can create articles, polish sentences, review your writing, then publish or schedule it, in Indonesian or English.
How is it different from a general AI assistant?
Erza focuses on the writing process, with dedicated tools for creating articles, polishing sentences, and reviewing drafts. General assistants are still useful for broader questions and exploration.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 10 credits every month to try AI Chat (Lite), Quick Create in simple mode, Humanizer, and Paraphraser.
Can I start from my own writing?
Yes. Bring your draft to improve it with Writing Assistant, or use Paraphraser, Grammar Checker, and Proofreader as you need.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in Indonesian and English. For writing and reviewing, Erza supports more than 40 languages.
Which tools are included?
Besides the article creators, there are AI Chat, Writing Assistant, Humanizer, Paraphraser, Grammar Checker, Proofreader, AI Detector, and Plagiarism Checker. The tools you can use depend on your plan.
Who can create an account?
Anyone aged 17 or older. Accounts are personal, so don’t share them or use one with other people.
Writing articles
From your first topic to a draft ready for review.
When should I use Quick Create, Auto Generate, or Rewrite Article?
Quick Create makes one article from a topic you choose. Auto Generate makes several articles at once and schedules them for publishing. Rewrite Article rewrites a published article, from its link or from media sources you pick.
What’s the difference between a topic and keywords?
The topic sets what the article is about and is written as plain text. Keywords are its SEO focus, typed one at a time and separated with Enter or a comma. Quick Create and Auto Generate accept up to 5 keywords.
Can I create many articles at once?
Yes, with bulk mode in Quick Create and Auto Generate. The Pro plan creates up to 4 articles at once, and the Team plan up to 10.
Can I set my own article structure?
Yes, with Templates. Make your own or use a ready-made one so every article follows the same structure and style. The number of templates depends on your plan.
Can I edit the result?
Yes. Every part of an article can be edited directly, reordered, or regenerated with AI. Images can be replaced, repositioned, and set to a different ratio. Regenerating a part or an image uses credits.
Do I still need to review the result?
Yes. AI output can be wrong or outdated, including quotes, numbers, and names. Check the facts and sources before you publish. AI Detector and Plagiarism Checker help you review, but they don’t guarantee the writing is error-free.
Who owns the writing that’s generated?
You do. What you enter and the output generated for you are yours. AI output isn’t guaranteed to be unique, so still check it for originality. The details are in the Terms of Service.
Where are my articles saved?
All your articles are saved in Collection. From there you can search for and reopen them at any time.

Can I upload a file?
Yes. Humanizer, Paraphraser, AI Detector, and Plagiarism Checker accept TXT, PDF, and DOCX files.
How long can the text be?
Humanizer and Paraphraser take 30 to 2,000 words. AI Detector and Plagiarism Checker take 150 to 2,000 words.
How reliable is the AI Detector score?
The score is a statistical estimate, not proof. Don’t use it as the only basis for deciding who wrote something, for example in academic or employment decisions.
Can I save the results?
Yes. Results from Humanizer and Paraphraser can be copied, downloaded, or added to Collection.
Publishing
Downloading, publishing to your site, and scheduling.
Which formats can I download?
PDF or DOCX. You can also download several articles at once in a single ZIP file.
Can I publish straight to my website?
Yes. Connect a WordPress or Blogger site in Settings › Integration, then publish articles without copying and pasting.
What can Erza change on my site?
It only creates posts. Erza doesn’t change any other data on your site. For WordPress, the connection uses an Application Password, so your account password is never asked for.
What happens when Auto Generate finishes?
You choose: the articles are published straight to your connected site, or downloaded as a ZIP file with PDF and Word documents.
Can I schedule publishing?
Yes. In Scheduler you set a publish date for each article and see every schedule in a month, week, or day view.
Credits & plans
How credits are used and what each plan includes.
What are credits?
The unit of usage. Creating an article, regenerating a part, or generating an image uses credits, and the amount is always shown on the feature before you run it.
How many credits do I get?
Free gets 10 credits a month, Starter 50, Pro 70, and Team 130.
Do unused credits expire?
Yes. Plan credits expire at the end of the billing period, unless your plan says otherwise.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes, with Top Up Credits in Settings › Plan & Billing. Top-ups can only be bought while you have a subscription.
Where can I see my remaining credits?
In Settings › Credit Balance. It shows the credits available from your plan and top-ups, plus your total usage.
How do the plans differ?
Higher plans come with more credits, more bulk-creation slots, and more templates. Pro unlocks Writing Assistant and bulk mode, and Team adds AI Detector and up to 20 templates.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
Can I stop my subscription at any time?
Yes, in Settings › Plan & Billing. There are no hidden fees, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees already paid are generally not refunded, except for charges that are clearly wrong or where consumer law gives you the right. Send requests to [email protected].
Account & security
Keeping your account and your writing safe.
How do I secure my account?
Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings › Security. Codes can come from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, or be sent by email. Accounts that sign in with Google can’t use 2FA yet.
Why can’t I change my password?
If you sign in with Google, your account doesn’t use an Erza password, so password settings aren’t available.
Is my writing used to train AI?
No. We don’t sell your content and don’t use it to train our own models. Still, avoid entering sensitive data such as passwords or ID numbers. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
